Terms of use.

HearBack is provided by Ahmet Can Guven. Use of the iPhone app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. The information below describes HearBack’s service and subscriptions.

Free features and Pro

HearBack offers free lessons and a free music sketchbook. HearBack Pro unlocks additional curriculum, practice settings, progress details and challenges while the subscription is active. The App Store purchase sheet shows the price, billing period and any eligible introductory offer before confirmation.

Subscriptions and trials

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel them in Apple Account subscription settings. An eligible trial converts to a paid subscription at the displayed price unless cancelled in time. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled through Apple.

Your progress and creations

You retain your rights to sketches you create. Progress and sketches are retained after Pro expires. Signing in enables learning-history synchronization. Play sketches remain local and are separated by account; keep device backups as appropriate. Unsynchronized records and local sketches cannot be recovered by our server after removal.

Competition

Daily Arena, leagues, seasons and asynchronous duels are free. Pro does not increase Arena points or listening rights. Ranked play uses server-accepted first answers; tied scores share a rank. Network interruptions and expired matches may prevent a ranked result. Do not tamper with the app or service, impersonate another account, automate submissions or bypass listening limits. Cosmetic rewards have no cash value.

Educational content

HearBack provides musical practice, not a certification or a promise of a specific learning outcome. We may improve or add content through app updates. There is no fixed monthly content release commitment.
